THE new generation of faces.
Full Moon Model Management is a model and talent agency carries the belief that alignment, clarity, and passion are the core values between working relationships. We serve as a boutique mother agency that focuses on inclusivity, diversity, and breaking down barriers within the industry while staying connected and compassionate toward our models and creators.
We develop models with intention, connect them with leading agencies and castings, and provide honest guidance every step of the way. For our creators, we partner with brands that align with their values and help expand their career with devoted attention. Founded by Oliver Barile, who’s both gay & transgender, his mission is as follows: discover exceptional talent, nurture individuality, and create careers that last for all types of identities.
A FULL MOON marks the high point of the monthly lunar cycle. Goals or projects started at the new moon reach their peak.
